In Utah you can't say, "we have locations on 21st south and 400th south." You have to be consistent. It's either 2100 south and 400 south or 21st south and 4th south.

In Oregon you HAVE to say it like that. We strive on inconsistency.
Speaking of inconsistency, what's with the lack of updates here?
