I'm Feeling Lucky
Does anyone really use the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button on Google?
The only time you use it is if you are explaining Google to a newbie, you always say "and then if you click 'I'm feeling lucky' it takes you right to the first result instead of showing you the list of results." That conversation is about the extent of the button's usage. Plus - are there any Google newbies anymore? Not really. Therefore no one is using that button... not even just to talk about.
Google would be SO MUCH BETTER without that button.

No, I think it's an important button. You can tell people to search for "miserable failure" and click "I'm feeling lucky". It takes them right to George W. Bush's official online biography. If they clicked the regular search button instead, they'd see the joke before it was there, and it'd ruin it for them.
And that's why Google should keep the "I'm feeling lucky" button.
